Flag upcycling

by Muskrat » 18 May 2017 17:46

OK so we've all got these little flags hanging around after Tuesday. After the match I saw a lady who done something brilliant. She'd put a knot in each coner and made it into a knotted handkerchief style hat that people used to wear on the beach (I actually remember my grandad doing this). So today I tried it myself and works a treat so I'm going to be wearing it to Wembley. The beauty of it is that the round crest sits perfectly on your bonce so it will look great from above as well :D

I reckon if a few thousand of us all did it it would be great, and add to the blue and white in our end as well!

No jester's hats, no sight see'ers, no unbelievables telling us to sit down because we're blocking their view, no tutters tutting about behaviour because they're driving and we've been down the Pub, no songs about swindon as they're league 2 and we're going for the Premier league and it just doesn't sound right ( We hate Chelsea is fine), no to telling Huddersfield Fans that they talk funny, no wang kerrs shouting abuse at away fans and giving it the 'Cumon' from the top of a bus (all you have to do is get off the bus and you can have some), no to £10 a pint in the Stadium + £2.50 handling fee, no to £8 a burger ( theiving coonts), and no Inflatables, please.
Yes to a Reading victory, yes to lots of alcohol, yes it's alright to throw up inside/outside the Stadium, yes to exchanging niceties with Huddersfield Fans, yes to a great day out, but, no inflatables.

No to miseries telling others what they can and can't bring to a football match, or what they can sing about

Is it possible to organise an inflatables day for Wembley? 35000 people bouncing various things around half the stadium would surely be something worth watching - and quite probably the highlight of the day if past play off finals are anything to go by.
