Not mental if you think about it. Spurs want to redevelop WHL so when WHU move out of UP they could play there for 2 years while new WHL is built then develop the land and reap the rewards. WHU won't have their own ground but no one seems to give a shit about that these days.

Tottenham Hotspur hope to be able to move into their new 58,000-capacity stadium in 2017.

The new stadium would be next to their current White Hart Lane ground, which holds 36,000 fans.
