Archie's penalty I'd like them both to stay but I don't think we should stand in their way if they want to leave. Oyster's not gonna get in the Wales set up if he's on the bench here and De la Cruz only has a couple of full seasons left in him. For their own careers it would probs be better for them to go.

Despite this if they want to stay they both can still have important roles to play in the next couple of years at Reading Football Club...

More like Oysters not gonna get in the Wales set up if Toshack remains in charge. Oster is definitely good enough to play for Wales and he is more likely to achieve it with us than with Wolves.

If Toshack really wants to play for Wales then Toshack is gonna need to get the sack or Oyster needs to go grovelling up to him and convince him that he is wrong about the Oyster.

It would be a shame to see them leave if they did

Yeah I realise that's the case concerning Toshack. Still it would put Oyster in a better position if toshack were to get fired if he was getting regular first team action. I don't see any reason why Coppell shouldn't start Oyster in the run-in - especially with the Easter period coming up. He should start against Charlton for example...

Both players will leave with my full respect and best wishes if they decide to leave in search of regular first team football. Both players could easily sit at the club, take the money and feature 10-20 games a season, but both came to us with damaged reputations and would leave having proved something to a lot of Managers who weren't prepared to gamble and have faith like SC did.

Agree that Hunty hasn't had a good couple of weeks but I can't see us changing our approach, we play best when with natural wingers with natural footed players on either flank. When you take into consideration the calibre of opposition we've had recently, maybe a bit of understanding is needed.

BBC Reading defender Ulises de la Cruz also wants to go to LA after falling out of favour at the Madejski. (Daily Star)

Oster is contracted to 2008 and DLC will most likely be offered another year.

However if other clubs show an interest SC will not stand in their way and allow them to move on.

Not sure on the new offer for DLC bit. After signing Halford and with Goldbourne, Henry and Osano hopefully kicking on whilst out on loan I'm not sure what worth he has.

It would appear that most of our contract dealings have been completed for the first team so maybe thats a sign that he's not currently in Coppells plans for next season.

Shame if Oster leaves, not such a shame if Del Boy leaves. His signing was only initially for one season anyway. Murty and Halford is more than sufficient at right back!

Oster will probably have his chance to play in place of poor Blakey but I would like to see him show more consistency over 90 minutes and then he may be in contention for a regular plaat least until the end of this season.
