SCIAG Can understand being underwhelmed (only MOTsm because our other forwards did nothing between them... and I forgot Bacuna) but it's very strange to me that you think he hasn't got any pace. Not so long ago certain people ( :? ) were saying that all he had was pace...

Maybe it`s just me but even when i saw him in the U23`s before breaking into the first team i thought he`s playing at 75% and in my opinion that`s the same in the first team( completely opposite to Rinomhoto for instance)

Yeah, my impression of Loader has been someone playing within themselves looking a bit lost about what they're supposed to be doing.

He does have a good touch and decent pace, but his finishing has been very tentative and he's just not really got involved from what I've seen so far.

I think he needs way more time out of the first team and a more clearly defined and restrictive role when he does play. For example I thought his first appearance where he seemed to play as one of the wide attackers he was much more convincing than when he's played behind the striker, where he just looked lost to me.

Very disappointed after what I saw of him in the youth side where he always seemed to be at the heart of things and driving at goal.

I've got two words for you, Yakou Meite.

Loader needs a target man to play off. He will be fine coming off the bench with Bodvarsson or Meite occupying defenders and creating spaces for him against tiring defences.

He doesn't need time out of the first team squad or to go out on loan to League 2 and get kicked to pieces by lower league cloggers. He needs to be here, learning.

Difficult for Loader to come into an underperforming team that has no style of play. Just needs time to adjust to the speed of the game and find his natural position.

I think he’s done well especially as he is probably being played out of position. I would like to see him start upfront alongside Meite or Bod. More than happy to see him remain in the side. I think he’s ready.

Just seen this post and fully agreed. Stick Danny alongside Meite and I think they could do really well.
