loyalroyal4life What time will this game finish? Anyone know roughly how far the ground is from the stadium?

its been all of about a month since i was last at a game but i usually reckon it will fnish just 2 hours shy of kick off. so a 5:20 kick off will finish about 7:15. you could be at the airport about 8ish

Its quite handy in Newcastle, you can see the ground from the stadium, they are right next to each other

:?

Why has the Newcastle away thread been merged onto the televised games thread?

That Friday Feeling Why has the Newcastle away thread been merged onto the televised games thread?

It started talking about the game being televised, which is the same as this thread. It then moved onto talk of going there, already a thread in Meeting Up for that

Personally I think that is GREAT news. I barely saw any league stuff last season, good slot to be in now + online = much more exposure than an ever-changing Sunday morning slot on the joke channel.

100% 'greed. Is it too much to ask that BBC repeat it later in the week on BBC3 too?

Isn't it?

Presumably it's accessed by the red button then?

Will be later when MOTD is back the following week. Don't think i'll be able to stay up and watch it on the red button if i stumble home as i doubt i'll be able to get up on the Sunday morning.

Online highlights sound promising though.
