Mr Angry Can't see beyond a defeat here; 1-0 to boring Burnley and approx 15 seconds of a mention on the TV afterwards.

Royals and Racers Andy Davies !!! I fear a nightmare.
For anyone who might not know- final whistle will be either 90 mins or 120 mins.

Clyde1998Royals and Racers How are ticket sales going- where’s Clyde 1998 when you need him
I've got around 5,055 home tickets sold at the moment. Y21, Y22, Y23 and Y24 are almost entirely sold out; over two-thirds sold in Y20 and Y25 and around a third sold in both Y19 and Y26. That's without considering hospitality is sold out.
We had officially 5,050 home fans for the Harborough game (plus 2,866 visiting fans), so we're at around the same level as we ended up with for the last round and we're two days out.

Mr Angry If the undersoil heating isn't working or is deliberately kept off for financial reasons, this game will be in doubt; it will drop to about -4 or -5 tonight......

I suspect that could see us in trouble with the FA.
I imagine competition rules require the home team to make every effort to ensure games can be played. Saying we can’t afford to turn on the undersoil heating would be problematic, and probably a false economy. Calling the game off tomorrow would cost us money as we’d have to pay travel and hotel costs for the away team and officials.n

Saturday's all-League One third-round cup-tie between Mansfield Town and Wigan Athletic has been called off because of a frozen pitch. It will now be played on Tuesday, 14 January (19:45 BST).
That was followed by the loss of the Preston North End-Charlton Athletic tie, also now rearranged for Tuesday week.
Two League One games have been postponed, Shrewsbury Town against fourth-placed Huddersfield Town and fifth-placed Barnsley's trip to Northampton Town

Not sure what the forecast is like for Reading for the next 24 hours. Do we have pitch covers and if so would they be sufficient to keep the re game on? I guess it's not just the pitch but the stadium and surrounds too

Forecast is to not really get above 0 between now and ko, so if the pitch is frozen it won’t thaw. No idea whether inside the bowl there is a microclimate where the ground temp is a few degrees different.
Don’t think I have ever seen us covering the pitch, that’s a lot of covers ! Would need to have been in place before the temps dropped rather than spreading them on already frozen ground.
