Liverpool were far superior, even without Van Dijk,and the Villa game really does look just like a blip.
So not such a bad result against the table-toppers and good to see the Fenians stuffed at home as well.

Thought, myself, that Everton played really well and look a very good side. Liverpool had lively start and finish but seemed to drift out of it a little in between. That Thiago looks one hell of a player though.

I had 1 acl tear at 25 and another 2 years ago and it had stopped me playing semi pro and maybe even pro

Well I’m all for this injury as i doubt Liverpool will win the title now. Man City do not look the finished article. Chelsea are a shambles at the back, united are a shambles full stop. Arsenal are some way off. Could Everton and spurs make a real challenge for the title?
