Why is Stuart Gray upfront? Who is A Smith? I genuinely don't remember Andrew Taylor playing for us, and it was only 4 years ago

Why is Stuart Gray upfront? Who is A Smith? I genuinely don't remember Andrew Taylor playing for us, and it was only 4 years ago

Alex Smith. Free from Port Vale in the early 2000's. I think he actually player in the season we went up. Started the season in the team and even got an assist from a corner on his debut at Blackpool but disappeared after about 2 months, never to be seen again. Bit harsh to pick Steve Brown. He was excellent but got crocked.

No Ben Smith or was he pre Madejski? I saw his debut at Maine Rd. We were 2-0 up, he came in as a second half substitute and we lost 3-2. Had a half decent career at Yeovil IIRC.

Didn’t settle. Played a few games, then disappeared and was sold back to Chester or sold to Shrewsbury the following summer.
