Look I don’t like referees generally;however TBF we did have a run of three decent performances from the Ref at home this season.I don’t think the Prem refs are that much better,although there are a couple of good ones.I was however amazed listening to Talk Sport yesterday,to discover in a weekend of VAR controversy,that David Coote was in the VAR chair for two games on Sunday.
He is basically a Championship ref and is not much cop.Most of us are concerned when he is nominated for one of our games;how on earth did he get the Prem VAR gig ?
