Don’t get all the Aluko hate for today. He played well (for him in an RFC shirt) and actually tracked back.......However, Loader energised the team far more in an attacking sense, when he came on.

Royality creeps In Not really good enough folks. Wigwam are the sort of team we should be getting 3 points from

In football there's no right to anything. Points are earnt. Not given by simply turning up. Been a long time since we've had a side which could be considered as being on the up. Little point in expecting someone to sprinkle fairy dust and expect a great team to magically appear. Just not going to happen.

Sutekh Reading: Jaakkola, Gunter, Blackett, O’Shea, Moore (c), Rinomhota, Kelly, Swift, McCleary, Aluko, Meite.
Subs: Walker, Yiadom, Ilori, Bacuna, Sims, Loader, McNulty.

Gunter and Aluko are back and Bacuna’s in the bench

LOL @ the disdain I got on here for suggesting that midfield three in frustration at how poor Bacuna's last couple of performances (goal aside) have been, only for Clement to do it and get a valuable away clean sheet with the totally powderpuff side lacking our 'best' midfielder.

We are where we are and no amount of pining for better days or changing managers will alter that.

A point and clean sheet away is good. The only vital thing is not losing to a rival.

Last three unbeaten. Characterful win and draw in them. It's a stepping stone. Leeds are vulnerable, but losing to them is no big deal. Doesn't matter if we dip into the bottom three, its where we finish that matters. As long as we stay in touch we're in with a chance.

Bacuna was rested. He'll be back on Tuesday in place of the hopeless Swift. I respect your argument but I'm generally interested of your hate for Bacuna, IMO he's not great but he's the best of a bad bunch, we lacked any goal threat without him today

I don't like Bacuna because he should be excellent and yet I've almost never seen him play well in midfield. Even the game he won for us against Bristol I thought he was our worst midfielder first half. He's just so casual and unnecessarily wasteful for a player of obvious talent.

Give me Ezatolahi or Kelly over him any day. Rinomhota remains to be seen. But I'll always prefer an Academy lad to a disappointment like Bacuna.

But if being dropped pulls his finger out and he ups his game again, then so much the better.

Also, LOL at resting a player after an International break.

He tries to tackle,

The rest of them don’t.

Er..Bacuna was on international duty with Curacao in a 6-0 win over Guadeloupe last Monday. And for those that don’t know Curacao is a tiny island about 50 miles north of the coast of Venzuela.
