The man is just finished in this job before he's even started. He looks miserable, he has no spark, no charisma, no joy, no "showmanship", etc... Years ago at Chelsea, although people thought he was a bit of an arrogant cock, at least he was entertaining, he had swagger, and a bit of cheeky bravado, something which the public love to see as it makes it interesting and fun.

He treated the physio doctor woman like a tw@t which is someone the whole team probably depend on, that they like, that they see everyday for treatment or just around training ground etc... It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that he lost the whole teams interest, respect, and motivation at that point
