The record for most penalties saved in a shoot-out is held by Helmuth Duckadam of Steaua București. Duckadam defended four consecutive penalties in the 1986 European Cup Final against Barcelona.

We've definitely equaled the record for most penalty saves in a 5 shot penalty shootout, Perhaps not in those games that end up being a stalemate with both teams saving/scoring penalties into double figures.
