Big battering expected from a very useful Brentford tonight in Reading's 10th league game of the season.
Brentford will be without Ryan Woods through suspension and Rico Henry due to a shoulder injury. Josh McEachran and Lewis McLeod are also both doubtful. Scott Hogan is fit unfortunately, he's scored more Championship goals (13) in 2016 than any other player.
Reading are without Deniss Rakels, Yakou Meite (injury) plus Garath McCleary and Tyler Blackett (suspension)
Last time out at home Brentford walloped Preston 5-0 so Reading need to be careful about how they play this one. Too much fart arsing about in front of goal could lead to plenty of trouble.
Reading have won a quarter of the league games played at Brentford (10 out of 40) while losing on 18 occasions. Brentford have won 4 of the last 6 league games played between the sides (W4, D1, L1). Looks like Reading will have to score at least once to get anything from the game as, strangely, Reading have failed to keep a clean sheet at Griffin Park since the days of Steve Death and 17 Sep 1973 came along. That's a total of 43 years and 21 games

BBC Berks will be live on air from 7pm, doubt there will be any other live feed available so those who can't access that through the radio, internet or Reading Player are likely to be restricted to the EP and BBC text feeds, score updates on R5 Live and this very thread. Of course if anyone knows different then please update.
The next official up to demonstrate the fine art of refereeing is the West Midlands' Oliver Langford
