Extended-Phenotype So avoid a knee jerk reaction, wait for clearer waters and judge the man this coming season. Otherwise we will just keep letting managers go without really knowing what they might have achieved given the chance.

One8Seven1* Should have left the poll running.
SACK. Lovely guy, a real gent, but with a much depreciated budget, huge changes to the squad this summer, unrealistically high expectations from the Thai's, and so many kids likely to bolster the first-team squad, he has no chance! Tactically I'm not convinced either. If anyone was suited to bringing these kids through it's Martin Kuhl. A typically cheap option for RFC, and I would assume a popular one amongst the playing staff.

This.
Although I don't think he's done enough as yet, it's far too early to kick him out and he deserves the chance to build his own squad this summer.
As long as the owners are supporting him and we're showing signs of progress he should get the chance to build on his past successes.

Top Flight My mongtastic feeling is that I have full confidence in Brian and given enough of a chance he will take us places and bring great nights of football back to the Madejski Stadium. Nights like this one.
