Forest Match Thread (H) Sponsored by Steve Stone's stupendous miss

Team:
Al-Habsi, Gunter, Obita, McShane, Cooper, Norwood, Quinn, Williams, Piazon, Cox, Kermorgant

Subs: Bond, Taylor, Evans, Vydra, Hector, Ferdinand, John

Pleased for Cox, I think he's earned a chance at a run in the league, could do with more width to support him, but with three good central midfielders and no right winger, I'd rather we were narrow than had Williams or Quinn at right wing. John to super sub it up some more.

9 players starting who could be here next season, 10 if Cox earns a new contract.

Other than some painted over Rugby lines and one really dodgey looking pot-hole on the edge of the centre circle, the pitch really looks to have enjoyed the break. Not many people here.

Couldn't be arsed tonight. Feeling rough and nothing to suggest it will be anything but dull.

None of our youngsters on the bench.

Hmmph.

Couldn't be arsed to book a day off work here.

Plenty of time for more youth minutes before the end of the season Rother.

McDermott certainly prefers experience, and we're not left with many young players pushing for the first team to be fair, they're all playing on loan. Which is positive.

Cureton scores for D&R. Can we get him back on loan?

Rotherham, MK Dons, Fulham and Brentford all winning. Shouldn't matter much to us though.

So, on top. Quite a few shots, but none taken. Dellor sounding happy and positive.

He'd be screaming blue murder if Vydra was on the pitch.

Forest centreback Wilson off injured.

Obita chopped on the edge of the box. Mills gobs off as usual.

LOL all Reading. 0-1 just before half time after we huff and puff and fail to blow the net in.

Forest have been pretty much non-existent bar two previous shots and now this. Such a typical Reading performance. Let's hope it drives the Royals on to be more decisive in front of goal.

Shocking defending.

Brian might need to invest in a hair-dryer.

Don't you just love football. Decent performance, Forest absolutely woeful then they go up and score.

Ah well, keep plugging away.
