Actually you do have a point she could have lied about her age or be 15 and 364 days one more day and shes legal. It is hard to judge without knowing the full story. It is very easy to wave the waggy finger without knowing everything.

Have you seen the transcripts of the texts? Why the hell do you think he pleaded guilty to two of the charges? And why would he do internet searches regarding the age of consent and the legality of sex with a minor? To be honest I reckon that with the other two charges, there's not even a question of guilt or innocence, it's a question of probably guilty or guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

From the evidence already in the public domain, he's clearly a despicably manipulative pcunt and no-one I'd want anywhere near the club.

I did write this before the case started I was just saying it is easy to judge before you know the facts. But now we know the facts ish I now agree that this would be a bad idea nad what he did was wrong.

At the time of writing I thought the case was concerning sex having not really followed it, so I retract that

But I didn't say you thought it was OK, I said you think it's not as bad. She's still a child whether or not she knows where stuff goes, and certainly not old enough to take responsibility for her actions
