We can't keep saying, every time we are about to lose a quality first team player something along the lines of what you just said above.... If we keep letting go of these types of players we'll be in League One in no time at all. This kind of thing is what we said when Blackman went, when Sa went, when Hurtado went....

You are right, it is not necessarily a bad thing. But, what we need to be making are improvements. Move one on and bring a better one in.

I don't think recent changes are showing improvements. It's early to say, but even I, one of the more positive members of the board can see a move in the wrong direction here.
