Hey everyone, look at this cherry picked statistic to disguise the fact we haven't won in five games and the manager was considering taking a sideways step to a rival yesterday. Isn't everything wonderful!

Clarke is doing better than last year for sure though, and we're six points ahead of this time last year. Admittedly bettering relegation form with mid-table form is still a failure after the summer business.

I can understand being annoyed about it, but when you are so annoyed about someone turning down a move to another club that you can't control your ranting, it's time to take a look at yourself.

Fans are a fickle bunch. We demand unswerving loyalty, yet very rarely show any loyalty to any manager/player we deem not good enough for us any more.

A couple of times I have heard his interview with (and we have to admit...in this case...the brilliant) Tim Dellor.......and a couple of times he alluded to Fulham paying him a lot of money ..........just to even speak to him.
