Options to buy from our loans??

by linkenholtroyal » 07 Sep 2015 11:34

Apparantly we have options to buy on nearly every loan we have in... so how much would it cost at the end of the season if we signed all of them... this is what I think...
Matej Vydra 6 million
Alex Fernandez 1.2-1.5 million
Ola John 4 million
Andrew Taylor 750k- 1 million

Michael hector has obviously already gone it is just a loan back, Lucas Piazon was a sweetener for that deal and Chelsea waved the loan fee and wages with him and we are now only paying 25% of his wage. ( is what I have been told).
So that adds up to 12 million ish and we would still need to replace Hector and any others that left next season. Which I assume with FFP we would have to get promoted if we wanted all of them.

Its a common thing in portugal to slap HUGE release clauses in players contracts - rarely do they have to be met however.

Yeah, and Spain. Ronaldo's release clause is €1,500,000,000

Vydra will cost £10m. Taylor will cost us nothing if we buy him permanently.

Is it confirmed that the Vydra loan was £2.5m with an option of £10m purchase at the end of the season?

Or is everyone just bleating UR&G?

From what I've seen, the £2.5m loan fee is accurate but the £10m is up in the air atm.
