RFC Holdings plc (not Ltd - my mistake in previous post) owns Madejski Stadium Hotel Ltd and reports a turnover of £5.8m for y/e June 2013.

RFC Ltd is owned by TSI and reports a turnover of £59m for y/e June 2013.

Not sure of the significance or if it's already been covered but Companies House are showing a registration of a charge on RFC Holdings dated 10th June.

Wrong. Creditsafe report 5 directors of RFC Holdings Ltd (as I have stated several times over the last few weeks). SJM, IWS, Ian Smith, Camilla Morris and Helen Morris. I get daily updates on any changes involving any of the companies I am interested in and I will certainly let all and sundry know of any changes. As I have also said before, I have looked at the AP01 which declares the appointment of Ian Smith and he is a different person from Ian Wood-Smith.

The Creditsafe report on RFC Ltd shows that the 3 stooges (AZ, AO and CS) have now left the board which leaves the 3 you mentioned (SJM, IWS and NH) as the remaining board members.

yes my bad I was looking at both companies and crossed referenced.

I also agreed IS and IWS are different people long ago so that really didn't need to be mentioned unless you're trying to score points?.

I also can get daily updates if I wished as we also pay for this service if that makes you feel better.

If the Thai has deposited a returnable bond (5m was suggested) then that has bought them time to do the necessary checks and ensure FFP. it's as much a show of intent as to stop others trying to buy.

The others will now need to wait and see if it goes through or if the exclusivity period runs out. I would assume the club is keeping both the Thai's and others in the loop

I remain to be convinced CS is behind another bid as that would have been a conflict of interest and very likely to upset Boris by effectively double crossing him.. brave man if he did though.
