He's won promotions but only once has he done it through winning the league despite the fact he had some very good players at his disposal, especially at Saints.

I'm sure clubs from the top half of the Champ and lower half of the PL would be looking at the likes of Lennon, MacKay, Hughton and McDermott before trying to get Nigel Adkins out of a lucrative contract at Reading after a less than stellar season just gone.

Whilst they will of course seek the views of all stakeholders BTG were brought in by Vibrac and CS has said they are calling the shots. Do you really believe that if Leeds come up with £400,000 and Dolan wants to go that Vibrac are going to let the club pass that up. Also in reality if they do not think they will have to let him go why quote a figure at all? Do not get me wrong. I hope he stays but realistically I think it depends on whether Leeds offer the money and whether dolan wants the job.

Saints: 54% win rate with instant League One automatic promotion, followed by Instant Championship Promotion, followed by guiding them towards Premier League Safety before he was sacked, not because of performance.
