Following our record of signing players from teams we have meaningless games against, which Omani will join Reading on Monday?

It's alright our new imposing centre half will pop up from two late set pieces and score two.

Hi all,

Managed to find my way to the Madejski after one user kindly sent me a message. Disappointed with the result but family had a good time and people around us seemed welcoming. Will hopefully be back by December.

Many thanks,

Trevor

Do you think Nige plays Blackman for a laugh or to make a point to the owner that we are desperatley short of strikers? It can't be for his skill in front of goal can it.

Pathetic end to another crap week in the world of Reading FC

Complete waste of time and shows further how far short we are given the lack of investment being made.

The result doesn't really bother me at all. I just wanted to know if we looked broken after the departure of 2 top players.

BBC Berks saying issue was more a total lack of any creativity rather than specific striker failings. So exactly the same as last week and the two games before that as well.
