I'm liking Vialli showing up the usual shit BBC pundits with some intelligent and considered comments.

Amazing how ordinary Spain look when put under this amount of pressure by a team who can keep the ball really well........Maybe England should try to play li...

Well, that's the solution: you press Spain ALL over the pitch for 90 minutes. I never thought that ANY team would be capable of doing that for an entire game. I can only imagine Germany coming close. Brilliant stuff from Brazil and even David Luiz looked immense - amazing that he is keeping treble-winner Dante out of the starting XI. Luiz Gustavo and Paulinho were just beasts in the middle and Fred and Neymar are a real partnership up front.

As for Spain, no panic required yet, but they desperately need a focal point up front instead of Torres.

Torres did OK to be fair. Service was the problem as Spain were poor last night.

Yeah he can still score a goal or 2 against crap opposition but he is so far off of operating on Iniesta's and Xavi's radar that almost everything breaks down when it reaches him.

Was certainly interesting watching a Brazil side basically rough up the Spanish and beat them by hassling all over the pitch, committing lots of minor cynical fouls and playing some fantastic counter-attacking football.

Couple of good saves by Caesar and a geat goal line clearance by Luiz. Spain looked utterly clueless.

TBF - I really think it was just a case of Brazil wanting it more in front of their own crowd. It's not exactly the greatest of competitions.

Very rare 'greed.

Atmosphere is what really won it and Brazil are still a one man team.

Interested to know which one man as Thiago Silva is arguably the best centre back in the world right now
