As it should be. I think Oxlade-Chamberlain needs to make the position his own, not convinced from what I've seen from him so far.


I think he's had a good game tonight - he's not even 20 so loads of time to improve.

Three current or ex Reading players on the pitch and one on the bench. Plus a lad from Newbury who never signed for us. Not bad.

Ox needs to remember to look outside him occasionally.
