handbags_harris LOL. Get over yourself Kes, everybody hates Chelsea because they were a bunch of uttercunts pre-Abramovich and are a bunch of uttercunts still.

Wonder if the Brentford player Luiz needlessly took out at 4-0 up had a sense of vindication after Aguero's challenge? David Luiz is one of the few players I hope has his leg smashed one day.

This is what i was getting at further up the page, he's done it a few times recently, once in the European game this week as well iirc, lets the player run across him then smashes with the arm. 'orrible pcunt.

I really don't know how they can justify that.

No Fixed Abode Big games like this usually come down to fine margins. Shame Foy and his fellow officials messed up massively yesterday.

Welcome to our world.

LUX great, nation-pleasing result

Really? But I thought Reading fans hated the team who spends the most money. Goalposts have moved since AZ took over at Reading.

Man City are far too incompetent still to have earned the hate.

Ahh RFC the only club in the world where the fans chastise you for criticising a ref.

Te problem is this : If the referee says he saw it so they can't take any action against the player, then the FA should take action against the referee for not taking the Specsavers sponsorship seriously. As it has always been, the FA have no idea how to protect or administer the game - no change there.

If they really had any idea they would see that retrospective punishment for Aguero, McManaman and the like would SUPPORT the referee not undermine him.

Yes they can, and have at times in the past. It's just a myth perpetuated by s**t pundits who's knowledge of the games and it's laws comes 2nd as more importantly they are a bit wacky and viewers love that

With the end of the season, and Rafa's departure, approaching, there are some markets up on Chelsea's next manager. Mourinho's a big odds on but I don't think it's that much of a certainty that either Abramovitch wants him or Jose will go back and if he doesn't, what then.

Looking at the other potential candidates, most have already had a go and others are a bit washed up but I think Steve Clarke at 66/1 is a huge price.

Chelsea have had problems all season with a manager who is unpopular with the fans and here is a guy who is liked by them, seen as a Chelsea old boy and known to the older members of the squad. He also now has a years Premiership management experience under his belt where he has done well and overseen the improvement of one of Chelsea better assetts in Lukaku.

I think he's probably a bit too low profile to get it but he ticks a lot of boxes and, if Jose doesn't go there, they don't have many options. I would say he should be around 12/1, 66/1 seems huge.

Please Note: I have an appalling track record with next manager betting

Saw something again earlier about Lampard possibly joining LA Galaxy and then remembered that he got in trouble previously for getting smashed and lolzing at Yanks at Heathrow on Sept 11th.

Wonder how that will go down there when they remember/learn of it

The old guard and the new guard. There's a heartwarming vision of camaraderie after JT's goal. No problems in the dressing room eh?

It's so blatant it makes you think it's photoshopped, but it's in the Mail so I assume not.
