RUMOUR - Douglas

According to Dutch football magazine Voetbal International, Reading have joined the chase for FC Twente defender Douglas. Newcastle United have held a long-standing interest in Douglas, who has also been linked with Inter Milan. Twente could sell the player in this transfer window to avoid losing him for nothing at the end of the season.

Mohamed Moallim ‏@jouracule
Reading, NUFC and Inter all interested (concrete) in signing Douglas, contract ends this summer, Twente willing to work on a transfer.

He doesn't get much to do with Dutch football wrong tbh. Can't see any reason Douglas would choose Inter or Newcastle over us tbf.

What quality umbrella? If it's a decent enough one then you're looking at the cost being at least £9.99, so i don't believe you are being serious.

So just because we have signed 2 players who have 6 months left we are being linked with every player who is on the verge of being able to leave on a bosman.

Those 3 are fresh. Just were left exposed by a 442 formation with no midfield protection

Gunter, Pearce, Douglas, Mariappa, Harte

From what I remember from my Dutch friends, they seem to rate him.
He is good enough to play in the Netherlands' defense. However, many Dutchmen don't want him to be capped because he supposedly doesn't speak any Dutch.

IF we are going for him, can we at least make it a double swoop for Nikolay Mihaylov?
