TheSiege If Carroll has become available on loan AND is prepared to come south - WE should have had him! He suits our style of play, is young and will be an England International for the next 10 years! Moreover, if he goes to WHUFC, they will not get relegated! RFC edge closer to the Championship!

Christ alive, you really are an even bigger idiot than I'd realised!

Vaguely amusing I suppose. Slightly pitiful as well, in a village idiot kind of way.

TheSiege HNA apolgises for the recent above contributers, who appear to have 'issues' - possibly mental! Carroll has now moved on loan to WHUFC and they, therefore will not end up in the relegation places. RFC probably will but, lets look on the good side, we have avoided loaning Englands centre-forward for the next ten years, for a price that we could easily pay!

£90k a week........No thanks Mr beige

I fecking hate West Ham, I'd rather go down then be like them.

Their fans are arrogant big team mentality dickheads, their players not much better, especially that c*nt Nolan.

Every commentator and pundit jizzes over them: "Its not long ball, it's good balls to Andy Carroll." Piss off.
And how anyone can say West Ham WILL stay up just because they've got him on loan is a retard. You can't guarantee anything in football, hamstring anyone?
You can take your 90K a week and shove it.

Rant over.

The commentators during the 2nd half were just saying that the West Ham way was to play attractive football on the ground exactly at the moment that Jaskkilinen launched a huge kick downfield aimed at Carroll.

With Carroll in the side West Ham are a classical a long ball team, simply lumping it forward to the big man and hoping to get the second ball - where were all those West Ham fans who last season were chanting that they play it on the floor?

Unbelievable, we've played two league games and already people are writing off our strikers. I think we've got a better strike force than quite a few Prem teams, just give them a fecking chance.

Better that than lumping the ball to Andy Carroll, paying him £90K a week, only for him to get injured.

TheSiege Fact - we won the Championship with a defence that conceded little and an attack that scored little! The goals that we got came from all over the field. We are now defending against far better forwards and have age problems at the back! Our strikeforce is now playing against a much better class of defender but, also, we have the ball far less often! The Pog is a good recruit but, even at Fulham, did not follow up his brilliant start with them! He is not, at a high level, a guaranteed one goal in two games player! Why do some people have problems with reality?

do you just copy and piece these boring ramblings to post on every board or thread possible?

Name one guaranteed one goal in two games premier league striker that we could afford. In fact, name one that anyone outside the top three could afford.
I believe Andy carroll scored 4 prem goals last season. Just what we need.

And since when did we have age problems at the back?

Notice you didn't try to oppose the facts! And we have a defensive age problem on the left-hand side !

I notice that you can't name a guaranteed one goal in two games striker.

Not usually - but i try and make my opinion known when necessary, without having to say the same thing repeatedly.
Yes, you think we need a striker - Brilliant! We didn't sign one, however we have only played 2, yes 2!!! premier league games where we have performed well, and a member of our strike force has scored.
Your constant drone is just becoming slightly boring, if I am honest, and i'm pretty sure a lot of other HNA users will agree.

Just a quick question

Andy Carroll could have still gone to west ham after the transfer window had closed if its on loan correct?

If thats the case thats got to be one of the biggest oxf*rd ups that liverpool have ever made :D

Incorrect.

Football League clubs are allowed to sign players for up to 3 months on an 'emergency' loan basis.

Premier League clubs can't.
