It's right that Griffin, Harte, and Khizanishvili should take flak in the post mortem for yesterday. Griffin was lucky not to give away a pen against Cardiff, as well. But I don't think we should make a knee-jerk response and say they should all go--after all, they do OK against most Championship attacks, and Swansea are prem standard. I remember Bikey was a goner after the last playoffs, but he went on to play in the Prem.
I never like to see FMs asking for players to be got rid of before we have a replacement available. Arguably, in the case of Griffin and Kish we do--but we need to sign another left back to compete for a place with Harte. To drop Harte, especially if we lose Long, will create a problem as to where our goals are going to come from. I say transition slowly as we rebuild the back four.
