£2m is probably a fair price in all fairness.

Kebe is amazing on his day but he goes missing for weeks at a time.

We all know there will have to be a couple of sales this summer to balance the books while other clubs don't give a fcuk and get away with it, so Kebe for £2m and Long going for £5m will do. Average replacements will come in and then we have to hope for a miracle from McDermott, again.

DOYLERSAROYALER Victor, go and try Leicester for a few weeks then.....you will realise that whilst Reading is bad, it isnt that bad,,,,,,

Have spent time in both-not much difference other than Leicester being bigger with a larger football ground, have a top rugby team and is a city rather than a town.

Ideal
Jackson Corner Leicester is the first City in the UK where the Asian/immegrent population is now the majority.

Snowball Only 40% of adults are working!

No surprise there.
Statistics from Norway show that two out of three of "ethnic minority background" end up on welfare.
Why have a job if you can collect welfare, and have alternative means of income on the side at the same time?

Now here's a thought. What if (just maybe) that is because racist prats like you won't give them a job?

Ideal Might be more related to not bothering to learn the language while living segregated in ghettos of their own making, using khat all day long, and generally not wanting to take part in society.

Well, that's not my experience of ethnic minorities living in Oslo. What certainly is my experience is that many wanted work but couldn't get it because racist bosses wouldn't employ them. It was like the UK in the 50s and 60s. If they are living in ghettos is that possibly because racists like you won't let them live near you, or even engage with them.

Many foreigners don't bother with learning Noggie because it is not hard to get by in English - in fact it is very easy to get by without ever learning Noggie if you do speak any English, and I am sure that you are only too aware of that.

I think if you've grown-up in Reading, maybe you look at it and think it's not so nice. I live in Denver (in-town) and on my visit, I and the wife enjoyed it. Yeah, other cities are nicer, sure. But it's walkable, has nice areas, parks, placed to get good food, etc. Plus it's close to the Madstad 8)

So give your town a break.

stop it. what massive proportion of your immigrants use khat?
tbf its not much of a drug, just a low grade stimulant. id be more worried by alchohol consumption among the indidgenous population.

sorry- wrong thread.

There's been nothing of it in the local press up here either. I know the chief sports writer, and he's pretty much on the mark...

But Leicester is a shite hole and whilst the Ding ain't Paris in the spring- Jimmy will not like the grim midlands nor be tempted by the dubious charms of SGE.

Although Faria Alam did and I definately would - so who knows?

My experience of Asian immigrants in UK is that a lot of them will start small businesses, which sometimes grow into big businesses. As for using the cat, well if the Koran doesn't ban it.......

TBF I don't think he's as crucial as the likes of Long, Legs or McAnuff. But he'd be damned hard to replace for significantly less than we sold him for.

with you on legs, and long

but when the hell has mcanuff ever been as creative, scored as many goals,or even put in more decent balls into the box.
i love him, dont get me wrong, hes a good player, but hes got to be the absolute equal with kebe on frustrativicity,
while his entertainmentology is alot less than kebes too.
