I've cooled down a bit since they have said 2,800 is the initial allocation. We're certs to get more tickets now, in fact it could all be part of a sophisticated plan by the club to get tickets sales in early and sell more

Are you going to post them a link back to this thread? Or does it take ages to register with their forum?

PieEater
royalexile Agreed Kes. At least the ticket banding for Stevenage made sense.

Actually from a business view this does make sence, a lot of STHs could be encouraged to renew their tickets to get into the top band. From a logistics point of view it's a knightmare that the TO will have to sort out.

Sooooo can i renew my ST and then get a ticket for MC.

SLAMMED Renewed my season ticket today which put my royalty points up to 1700 which mean I can buy my ticket on monday 8)

Are they a lot cleverer than we thought?

Was this a cunning plan to get people to renew early?

Possibly, although I didn't realise the royalty points would be added straight away and was just renewing at work because I was bored

Should the Chairman be looking to reward the individual who came up with this plan after the best part of three days' hard thought:

Will I need a separate seat on the coach for my 6ft inflatable banana? They will struggle to get a match ticket due to the royalty points system!

Nope! The club probably put the website article up and then went home. The chap who does the facebook more or less monitors it 24/7, so he'll be more ITK.

Do we expect these tickets to get through to a public/general sale?
