2 world wars, 1 world cup Almost half of us are either unsure about him or definitely want him out.

Happy days.

Naa

Despite having to make decisions he knows could make him unpopular, 61% still like him. Most prime ministers would kill for such an approval rating.

It's a shame there isn't an option for wanting him out regardless of who comes in. It'd be interesting to see how many of those 30 are really stupid.

Branded stupid purely because they don't agree with you and your view of Madejski. Now that really is stupid!

Despite the 61% positive the 'great' man's support is slipping and this is only a vote amongst those still showing an interest in the team. No account is taken of those who have already walked away.

I very much doubt that Madejski is going to leave this club on a high in terms of popularity, although he may still be happy having had his fame and recovered most, if not all, of the money he paid for it.

Just think in 2009 all we had to do was beat Birmingham City at home to get automatic promotion & now in 2011 Birmingham have lifted their first bit of silverware for 44 years.

Both sets of chairman backed the manager & now look where they are. They played crud football that season as well - just made themselves hard to beat & ground out lots of 1-0's by having a tight defence - something which we clearly lack.

Does make you wonder what could be achieved here with a decent bit of investment. Would be sold out week in week out.

actually no. branded stupid because the only argumants you come up with make no sense whatsoever, and dont tie in with the financial reality of the clubs situation.

No - just like most people worried about the steady decline since 2007 that seems to show no sign of slowing yet they want season ticket money before the season is even fcuking finished which is a total disgrace.

we got relegated, you expected us to improve over that time?

club gives opportunity to fans to get ST at same price next year, despite about 6% inflation.
and somehow the moron club still turn it into a negative.

check out the ST prices of the clubs that look like theyll be promoted, and then come back and have a go

Have you got any evidence to back up that assumption that other clubs have way more exp. ST's than us QPR excepted?

No branded stupid for wanting him out with no thought to who would replace him and whether they'd be interested in or capable of doing a better job. Because that is stupid in the extreme.

How is someone a moron for not wanting have to cough up so bloody early exactly?! I'm not exactly flush for cash right now same as most people.

They are taking the p1ss IMO.

Sorry but holding the price is the least they can bloody do given that the quality deteriorates year on year. They should be deflating it given the shower of shit hoof ball bollox performances I have had to endure this season.

technically I don't think Birmingham actually had the money either. If they hadn't have gone up I think they were in massive doodoo.

Going to be waiting the rest of my life & then some for this financial armageddon to happen so Reading FC can rise like a phoenix from the ashes.

Armaggeddon or no, whilst half the clubs around us have had major financial problems at some point in the last 10 years, we've been absolutely fine. Chances are there won't be some massive meltdown that affects everyone at once. But the two or three clubs it happens to most seasons won't be us, and it's because of the way we are run.

Is the rumour that RFC are having cash flow problems true? Genuine question not baiting - why is there a need to get our money in Apr? Surely they know roughly how many of us will renew so I really can't see how its for planning purposes. BM will have already been told no doubt that he must sell in order to buy + there will be x amount of black hole to fill which would get covered by the sale of 1-2 star players.

Can someone given a reasoned explanation as to why its needed in Apr?
