Average game, I don't think the Defence will be afforded so much time, once the opposition works us out.
Everything goes through Karajan and I'll think he's good enough to pull it off.
Forgettable match, good to see the RFC fans encouraged by the keep-ball session, so let's see how this season develops.

Who is this Karajan character you keep referring to?

You what? I'm serious. Looking at the list of players on the official site, I don't see anyone called Karajan.

Forest are appealling the Red Card, apparently they have footage of the incident.

I thought there was only one camera at the game?

OS has got it wrong. They missed out the cedilla. If you are going to Anglicise his name, surely it's either Karajan (phonetic) or Karaçan.

Could have been caught in the background of a wide shot perhaps ?

There is more than one camera usually - BBC + our own one.

If they get him off it then fair enough, although peoplesat near me seemed failry convinced he had elbowed Long.

Are you sure about that? I thought it was the plain "c" in Turkish that sounded like "j".

Ah, so it should. Jem's name would be pronounced "Karachan" if it had a c-cedilla, wouldn't it?

Yep, my mistake. Karajan it is then, phonetically.

I think the fact that Karajan provokes such a Pavlovian response in Spacey makes it the acceptable HNA version of the name !!

In a first for HNA, a poster (ie me) has already admitted their mistake.

So I think it's understandable when people use a 'j' instead of a 'c' when they write his name.

A fair proportion of posters certainly seem to. Hence, the team looses games when their playing badly, etc...

Ah but you do exhibit classic symptoms of the behaviour demonstrated in the famous experiment !!
