That Friday Feeling It's on the telly. Mates 'round. BBQ. Shitfaced by 10.

Good point. Were the Tranmere and Wigan games on telly?

Wasn't Wigan on Sky as well? Either way it's the biggest away game of the season, if we can't muster enough interest in a playoff game then it's going to be a shocking season attendance wise in 09/10

True dat. Someone should ring up the ticket office to see how many we have sold by now. Oh and how many did we get at Wolves in 2003?

Yep saw the Wigan game in the pub.

I'm very interested in the play-off game. Just can't be bothered to go.

Maybe people have simply become apathetic at the thought of live football.

There are so many games on Sky at the moment.

If we get to Wembley our last five games of the season will have been on the box!

It's a playoff game though :| I do despair sometimes.

It really would be a pretty poor reflection on the club if we can't sell out our allocation for Saturday. Its not like we have the excuse of getting a mid-week tie or the tickets being expensive

For alot of people though getting back is a problem if you're not going by road as the last train back leaves before the game ends

I can't be bothered to go because I've slowly fallen out of love with watching us live over the last two or so seasons.

Even though the football in the time has probably been the most consistently high standard I've ever seen from or against a Reading team I've just been turned off it all a bit.

Can't imagine I'm the only one.

So drive. This is an absolutely massive game for the club and if we can't sell out our end then to be honest all those clubs who say we're to small to be in the Premiership are probably right

Thought of having no way to get home apart from to drive annoyed me as well really. Otherwise would have 100% gone.

Did I say I was'nt going !

I just mentioned that some people would find it hard with return trains which does put people off

Others like ourselves are staying in hotels or crashing at mates up North

If I didn’t already have tickets for Harlequins V London Irish in the rugby play-offs before it became clear that the Burnley away game was at the same time, I’d have gone.

But I did, so I’m not.

With a capacity of 22,546 and only about 1400 for the away leg, it's no great shocker.

No, they've been watching our home form. I'D make the journey if I was playing us at the moment! They must be chuffed to get us at the Mad 2nd leg.

the huge difference is that their fans are probably hugely excited about it all.

Ours just seem to want the season to be over.

fair play to Burnley for selling 2000 tickets for our place for a Tuesday night! Its just as difficult to get from reading to burnley at 10pm on a Tuesday as it is from burnley to readng at 9pm on a saturday.

another overnight in blackpool? direct train, in blackpool around 9pm

I never thought we'd take 4000 odd. I'd hope we could sell out the initial allocation.

A new batch of limited tickets will go on general sale from Friday at 9.30am, via telephone or in person at the Turf Moor ticket office.

These are prime seats vacated by, or not taken up by existing season ticket holders who have not claimed their seats by the extended deadline of 6pm on Thursday.

The ticket office number is 0871 221 1914.

Anyone who has already purchased tickets, but needs to collect them, can do so from the ticket collection point next to the ticket office on Harry Potts Way from now until Saturday. However, please note that collections on Saturday are subject to queueing ahead of kick off. Fans are strongly advised to collect tickets well in advance.

Away leg sold out but not the home game by the likes of it.
