Anyone going for bevvies in town pre-match? If so, where do you kids normally go?

I stress "in town" - none of this Reading West rubbish

I have told the Evening Post reporter that I've not had the best response for the photo op. I'm sure many already have a pre-match routine and have made their plans. As I previously suggested it was a bit late notice to get everyone together. He has requested that his photographer take pictures of us inside the ground tomorrow.

See you all in the concourse of the upper west!

If it turns out not to be amazing or anything, i hope its a laugh. Would be good just to forget about trying to make things better and just f*ck about. Try and make it a really good day and then its more likely to have a good atmosphere.

I applaud Dan on all his efforts on getting it this far.

Did this happen then? I didn't hear a thing from where I was in the East Stand? Completely forgot about it.

Heared for the first part of the game until we saw the stewards telling you to sit down which prompted remarks such as whose view are they blocking.

The feedback I have had from the club is that although they wanted the experiment to succeed, it fell short in one important aspect and that is language. The songs were good, the standing was Ok but the swearing was such that they have a list of people asking for their money back because the language was so bad. I'm afraid that having asked for a favour in waiving the rule of changing your season ticket only when you bring a friend so that it was possible to move to GU1, we have used up a lot of goodwill and next time RFC will be more reluctant to help.

In the end I forgot to phone and move my seat so was sat at the back of B14 as usual....so can give a vaguely balanced viewpoint

Fair play, I heard you guys early on, but as soon as Y26 started singing it was drowned out, which isnt massively surprising. And then I didnt hear a lot else. GU1 looked pretty full though!

While I didnt hear it personally to comment properly, what were the club actually expecting? Fair enough, if people were being offensive for the sake of it then that was stupid but there is always going to be a bit of bad language when a load of fans are singing

Please do not offend anyone next time

LOL at complaints of swearing in proximity to sensitive people.
