strap
winchester_royal Wow. A deflected pass through a tiring, and thoroughly awful, Watford defence.

Nearly as good as Kebe's "assist" in a game this season when the ball bounced off his left shoulder whilst he was looking the other way! Classic! Harper v Kebe?? Mmm, hardly a brain teaser that, is it?!

It justs shows that the Harper RTGs look for any miniscule bit of positiveness in order to defend their corner... when Harper commands a game from midfield, hell will have frozen over...most over-rated player we have at club

IMAMATEOFJOVSKY Even EP has him having a camel shit performance

James Harper - 4 - Didn’t see enough of ball to create chances and didn't get opportunity to break into box. Lost possession in midfield as Swansea quickly closed him down

he has been below average all season

I know! and I get slated by the RTG on here every time I mention it - so i'm going to keep on mentioning it until such time as he starts being effective, and when he does, I'll be first to acknowledge................could be a long wait though

mate trust me if you look at my posts regarding harper you will see i have been saying the same thing but getting slated by harper groupies!! They cant see that he has lost his ability and really isnt in the team based on merit

What like Ollie Kearns i.e. the one person on here with experience of a decent level of football in the EXACT position that Harps plays? Oh.

James 'The Crab' Harper

I may be covering old ground here but...

I cannot think of a particular moment or game this season where he has made a positive contribution. I honestly can't.

too many to mention, tackles, passes, keeping the ball, harrying, covering position, corners, and a couple of great through balls

to say he has no positive effect at all is plain daft

though i can admit hes not been at his best this year
