Dirk GentlyroyalexileRoyal Lady Bikey was MOM for me today - absolutely immense in every sense of the word.
I'd like to see a replay of the disallowed goal that was an own goal and I'd like to see a replay of the penalty shout - looked nailed on from where I was sitting. Referee was poor. I'd give everyone 8 and give Bikey a 9 personally.
Goal was supposedly disallowed due to shirt pulling. Not that i saw anything wrong with that. Innocuous compared to some of the climbing, barging and pulling back going on from the opposition.
There were several replays of this on the big screen at half-time - surprisingly! Absolutely nothing wrong with it from what I could see. One Derby player appealed for pushing but the ref clearly gave it for shirt-pulling - but in 4 replays I couldn't see anything even vaguely like that. Should definitely have been a goal from what I could see.

Would it have been an own goal? I couldn't tell but it seemed to come off a Derby player's head.

Dirk Gently Certainly would have been - and no-one was near the Derby player who scored it.

rg6royal Ever since this respect campaign has come into action the referees seem to have become poor!

winchester_royal Pretty average game, made good by BK's superiority, and Marek's wonderful cameo at the end.l

Bacon Double Cheese Thoroughly enjoyed the result and the performance. Shame about the performance of two of the three match officials.
I had an interesting walk back from the match to my car via the bonnet of an Audi in Bennet Road, or rather on the pavement next to Bennet RoadMrs BDC had a narrow escape too, narrowly avoiding being squished between the car and the brick wall/railings.
Hope the driver is OK; he had to be removed from the car by cutting the roof off. Many thanks to the Reading fans who dealt with the immediate situation and called the Ambulance, Police and Fire and Rescue teams.
I feel very lucky to have walked away with a few aches and pains in my arms and legs, some scratches on my hand and a tear in my jacket sleeve.
And yes, this probably shouldn't be in "The Team"

He didn't do anything special. Just did his job.
He was good in the tackle and pushed the game forward. Made some good passes.

Glad to hear you're just a bit shaken and bruised and nothing worse BDC! Same goes for the Missus.
