What's folks views of his time at Reading?

Apparently his nephew John is going to be the biggest diamond uncovered in Scotland for many a year. You heard the name here first!

The fruit machine in shooters made a lot of money. Erm, that's about it.

Don't get me started on this prick. The worst of the worst.

At a time when the competition couldn't have been tougher he was still far and away the biggest waste of space at the club.

Dancing on the tables in the Purple Turtle on the evening we got relegated at Forest is guaranteed to mark you as a prize oxf*rd . Even James Lambert had more sense than that.

I suspect that Tommy Burns wanted to give his mate a bumper pay packet before he retired.

Fleck was a complete and utter waste of space. Althought better than Brayson.

From what I saw of the Victory Shield this year, though, his nephew does indeed look like a good'un, but discussion of that should be held on General Football, not here.

He joined us far too late in his career to be effective o for us to judge - you might as well as us to judge the careers of Ferdinand and Keogh from their time here.

He should have been more careful. He could have hurt his back.

Difficult to say much about Fleck, he arrived, got b*gger all service, quickly got injured ('bout the only thing he ever did quickly) and was forced to retire so we never saw anything of him really.

The only thing memorable was that he was one of the few that wasn't actually injured when Burns actually signed him.

Also he got the Norwich City player of the year award just before the last game at Elm Park.

Because it's enabled him to add another 2 posts to his count!

And how come he gets away with the obscenities spelt out in full in his location?

Light years better than Ray Houghton.

Now there was a man collecting a large paycheck without actually doing anything for it.

To be fair Houghton played more games....although he did break the record for the number of sideways passes in a match
