What this would mean in points - Spurs > Bolton > Reading. I've made the Everton/Pompy game a draw

Chaney ...for a club our size to finish above every other team except the big 4 it would go down as the biggest achievement in our our history

Y21_RoyalNikoY21_Royal There's no way Sir Steve will let us finish higher 8th. I'm certain he'll field a v experimental team against Watford and he'll go all out to avoid Europe.
what a load of rubbish, i'm sure he wants us to finish as high as possible. he might not want us to get into europe just yet but i can't see him swapping the team around too much. don't the rules state a team has to field it's strongest possible side anyway?

AJ~ We'll finish in 8th place behind Everton, missing out on a UEFA Cup spot to them on goal difference. Blackburn to take the Intertoto spot (that we've turned down) ahead of Portsmouth. You heard it here first.

If that's precisely how it comes out, then I'm going to buy the Club, rename the ground BigErnArena, and then hand over complete and total control of the entire thing to you, free and clear --and, as a bonus, I'll even pay your taxes for the first three years.
Scratch that --make it the first five.
