Leroy Lita on tonight's footy phone-in (20 April)

by TFF » 20 Apr 2007 08:50

Announced on this morning's sports report.

Ollie, is he a studio guest (answering our questions) or will he be on the phone?

Leroy,

Did you know that you have one of the best height to weight ratios for a current Reading striker?

This is remarkable as an anagram of your name is LITE ROYAL.

Cheers then
Cheery

Leroy, what actually happened between you and El Kakouri (I know I can't spell it but you get the idea ;)). We all know El Kakouri is a cheat, just by his behaviour and injury simulation earlier in the match. I suppose the question is... Contact or no Contact?

Leroy, since you got a 3 match ban for head butting EL Karkouri, do you wish that you'd really decked him and given him some cause to roll around on the ground?

Leroy after having to sit in the traffic on the way out of the Stadium last week (Nice wheels you've got on the Beamer by the way), do you feel that the club just aren't giving the fans enough back at the moment in terms of performances on the pitch and then having to wait ages to get out of the stadium and having to listen to some joker from BBC Berkshire go on about Kylie Minogue and her sister being the best possible signings we could make next season! etc....

Are you offended by the nickname "bannana boots" or do you accept it as a valid nickname considering your choice of bright yellow footware?

Which Reading player is the King of Bling? - I'm guessing not Graeme Murty.

As a striker, Do you feel players in your position should receive a bonus based on goals scored or do you feel this may be detremental to the team as some may be reluctant to pass to a collegue in a better goalscoring position?

Have you considered being carbon neutral? - If so, How many tree's do you think you may need to plant to counteract the emissions from your Humvee?

Have you considered taking Wally Downes along with you when you go clubbing as he'd make an excellent bouncer.

Are you interested in any other sports such as horse racing, tennis, tiddlywinks or bog diving?

Royal Rother is your biggest critic on here - can you give him a headbutt?

Kylie or Danii Minogue?

Red or Blue Bounties?

Joel or Tim?

What do you think of your chant?

Do you still feel there's racism on the terraces or is the abuse you get equivalent to that of other professionals?

What do you think of the standard of refereeing in the Premiership?

How do you feel you have improved since joining Reading?

Boyhood sporting idol?

I'm more interested to know if Royal Rother will contribute to this phone in. He has a lot of negative stuff to say about Lita so why doesn't he give him the chance to respond to those criticisms.

How ridiculous was it that David Nugent got his first full cap and kicked Defoe's goal whilst you had to make do with playing at Wembley ?

Leroy, who did your vote go to for the PFA player of the year?

Who would you like to see win the title, Chelsea or Man Utd?

Leroy

Have you ever thought about seeing a doctor as you have been suffering with a limp since you joined the club?

regards,
Soggy

Lita what is your favourite sweet?
Do you miss Bristol?
Lita you are often the best at headers, but are the shortest striker at the club, does being taller help or hinder the ability to head, and would you perfer to be taller?
What is your weakness that lets you down?
When Nugent was called up for England infront of various other Premiership standard strikers on form, did you feel annoyed, or do you think Nugent's reputation is earned. (mind you he has only scored 15 in all competitions)
Can I add you to my Myspace?

Leroy,

TV history will be made this weekend when Jacqui Oatley becomes the first female commentator on Match of the Day, commentating on the game between Fulham and Blackburn.

Why do you think she got the job ahead of Joel?

What do you think about "women in football"? Do you side with Mike Newell or Sepp Blatter?

Leroy, what causes more improvement in your game? Level-headed praise balanced with constructive criticism or brown-nosing sycophancy?

Leets, you wear the 8 shirt, if Reading were to sign the legend who is Ian Wright would you give up the 8? If yes what other number would you go for 88, 44, 26,62 etc...

Which other 8 wearing player in the world would you give your shirt up for..

Looking for two new approaches Rother

Leroy

How much did your childhood in the Congo motivate you to make the grade as a footballer ?
Do you have any links back there now and would you consider playing for the national team if asked ?
