Firstly, cup games don't count towards MOTM

Secondly, I think it will go to Gareth Southgate - both us and Boro have 3 wins and a draw from January (we have a slightly better GD over that period) but Southgate is yet to win MOTM this season and so I reckon the powers that be will send it his way.
