Signed a new deal with his club over last summer (when we were again linked!) now off to the ACN (is ACN or ANC?????) so bog all chance of us going for him any time soon!

Don;t make me laugh. As I said yesterday, the Sun news football columnist has predicted 94 'definite' transfers since the start of the year amd only 3 have actually happened.

I hope the Nwonko and Keppe (or whatever his name is) are not done deals. What a load of crap--typical cheap option.

Hope the Sun are right for once, we could do with another decent experienced defender...

We are buying cheap at the moment, but doesn't necessarily mean crap... there is always the odd bargain to be had and RFC have been known to unearth the odd one from time to time.

Yep, only 5' 10 by all accounts.

Thats not the typical size for the commanding centre back that many think we're missing. I just did a check and Toure and Gallas are only an inch taller though.

Well we've supposedly been after him for quite a while, and after the success of Fae then we can rest assured we know what we're doing!
