Hunt contributed quite a lot with goals and assists after coming back from injury. There's an argument Long only started scoring once Hunt got back into the team too. Redknapp doesn't know anything about Reading if he thinks one player makes us at any point.

Might bring in someone like that before then. With hindsight maybe should have tried for someone like Given or Friedel to give them someone to fall back on.

Anyway back on thread, posting this at half time and I thought Longy did pretty well in that half.

Yeah, I mean there's no disputing Long's contribution, not only in the sense of goals but his presence and assist count but... we were not a one man team, get out.
