I will certainly blame the regime at Chelsea at the time if this actually happened. I won't blame the stadium or the authorities.

It's just that, if this was another club, you'd be all over it like a rash.

Like I have been with Crewe Alexandra?

Because that's about Barry Bennell, not the club. This is about Chelsea.

No Fixed Abode You certainly won't catch the Chelsea players wearing t-shirts in support for the warm up.

In support of Child abuse? I oxf*rd hope not, you weirdo.

Obviously this is all deeply unpleasant and upsetting, but also sadly probably not that deserving of surprise.

.....well, let's hope that the FA come down really hard on any club involved in any kind of a cover-up.

Expulsion would be a start

Disgraceful

Fair play to wiggy. Deffo making the most of not being in Europe this season and having players who have played less games this season.

I think Aguero was just ever so slightly rattLOLed that he tried to end DL's career.

I'm assuming Chalobah and Fabregas are going to get retrospective red cards for that brawl.

If not that would be a travesty

Terrible challenge, but it would never have happened if the ref did his job in the first half. What a snidey pcunt Fabregas is by the way, bitch slap followed by pretending to be pushed over the hoardings? Classy

Particularly as he did the same thing McCleary got a straight red for at Barnsley

Agreed. I thought it was a red for Fernandinho on Hazard in the first few minutes too. High tackle then came str8 down on Edens ankle. Set the tone for the rest of the game.

Neville called it correctly in the Sky commentary: Chalaboah did the right thing in the situation to stand up for his team-mate. The referee then made the correct call over issuing the card: a push always was a yellow card.

Fabregas might get three games though - there was a slap around the face of Fernandhino.

I disagree with that.

For me the run and push by Chalobah is violent conduct, much more so than some of the headbutts or raising of hands that get red cards these days. I'm not sure what way a push is always a yellow, as it depends on the force used.

Likewise Fabregas should get pulled up for the slap that sparked Fernandinho off, and he should be ridiculed for his silly dive over the fence too.

I think both were very lucky not to get reds but Chalobah won't have any further action taken as the ref dealt with it at the time. Fabregas though should expect a call from the FA.

Your thoughts on Fernandinho's high tackle on Hazard in the first few minutes? He missed him with his first (high) attempt, so caught him on the ankle on the way down. Given that, should have been minimum a yellow, plus he should have picked up another yellow for other fouls, he should have been sent off earlier that he did.

I didn't watch all the game so haven't seen it.

Sorry, I just don't follow other peoples teams as closely as some it seems.

Really not sure how, but it looks like Fabregas has got away with slapping Fernandinho.
