paultheroyal Not sure where you are getting dislikable from?

Great football, great players, great manager, great fans, great traditions.....

The chasing pack can only tick a couple of them....

On the pitch issues aside,

Great fans? Heysel? Wrecking Old Trafford in an FA Cup Semi Final? Letting off loud bangers at the Mad Stad and Flares, pushing and shoving to get it (and at other games). Robbing their own fans of tickets at European Cup finals......ok then.....

Even on the pitch - those silly t-shirts defending Suarez being racist towards Evra. That really does sum up the club for me.

You can also add:

Being more than a little overzealous with the use of knives in and around Anfield for many a year.

Robbing and looting shops of merchandise when playing in other cities.

Rioting at Millwall when LFC fans got taunted by similarly unnecessary things as they've taunted other clubs with.

Publicly advocating the release of a fan who was involved in a sickening assault on a Bulgarian bartender.

But we all know they don't do that sort of thing though

Or how little you ever hear of their achievements - and not about the nasty tendencies of a portion of their fans.

What ever happened to Abramovich's demand for entertaining football?
Will he sack Mourinho again after this season's borefest?
Just 66 goals in 34 games-all that money spent on attacking players and they only score 1 single parried goal against lowly Swansea in 75 minutes against 10 men.
I know the fans aren't overjoyed about what they have been watching this season and I could see their main fan pulling the plug on this latest project bearing in mind what happened to Grant and Di Matteo.

Yep, being in second place has meant a sacking in the past.

TBF TBH - Obviously our forwards haven't done consistently well this season. We still created numerous chances yesterday and with a prolific scorer and other players taking putting away the sitters, we'd have beaten Swansea by at least five and the media would have had a massive oxf*rd about us. As we didn't put those chances to bed, it was a 'ground' out victory, which certainly wasn't the case.

I watched the game and it was a ground out result with Swansea's 10 men for the most part matching Chelsea.
Terrible planning by the club in not spending yet another small fortune in the window on even more midfielders when they should have bought a striker-that's not bad luck, that is bad management and possibly worthy of the sack.

Thank you Sunderland, made a lot of people happy with that.

Watched it in a bar in the Alps. Whole place up for Sunderland, expats and the French.
