No Fixed Abode
Ian Royal
No Fixed Abode "I was backing out of my drive the other day and nearly hit a car with excessive force" - So I didn't hit a car and no crime was committed.

Now use that logic in football. No need to over-complicate things in your befuddled mind Ian.

UK laws =/= football laws. Also you could potentially be done for driving without due care and attention, or dangerous driving.

Read the laws. It's in the laws. And seeing as you've finished with what you'd call a personal attack, I'll add 'you oxf*rd retard'

Tell that to Howard Webb. "If there is no contact, what do you give it for?".

He knows nothing about refereeing. No experience whatsoever.

I've got enough on my plate schooling you, I'm afraid. I don't care what Webb said about something I have no interest in, that's barely related to this conversation.

You don't have to keep referring to United as "they".

No one is gong to judge you for having them as your other team. Well maybe kes will.

Good old Mike Dean-surpassed himself last night to gift Man Utd 3 points.
The commentator's first reaction was "jones has been sent off" whereas it was the West Ham player after Jones had done 4 rollovers clutching his (broken? ) leg after the 50/50 challenge.
Dean then went to pieces by booking and then not booking players for what were mandatory booking offences.

After West Ham then played for nearly 80 minutes including added time with 10 men Man Utd managed to score one goal after 2 defenders slipped and then yet another offside goal.
The pundits then called Mourinho a genius for changing the shape against 10 men and apparently he is a genius for bringing on Rashford to play wide left,i.e. where he nearly always plays.

Italian football has in the past been shown to have corrupt officials and in our Little Englander way have always said "that wouldn't happen here" but after this and other recent terrible decision-making by refs it does make you wonder or at the very least be slightly sceptical.

Like with Vardy and with the two other fouls recently, I feel I am missing something. I don't get the controversy.

For me, as soon as Feghouli left the ground with both feet and launched himself at Jones, he lost control and a red card was a possibility. He was extremely late as well - Jones had already cleared the ball. Why is that not possibly a red card and one of the worst decisions a ref could make?

It will be rescinded, because everybody says it should be, but I don't think it was a ridiculous decision from Mike Dean.

It's because he's not launching in feet first, meaning although he's off the ground, he is still in control. Its the feet-first leap that ensures a player is out of control as they can't pull out and all their weight is behind their challenge

Was surprised that it was a red but don't blame Jones...It looks like it hurt.

Think they need to clear the rules up a bit. Also agree that the West Ham lad
is 'out of control' once he leaves the ground just not sure on the interpretation
of the law.
