Royal Rother That last question was mainly directed at the usually very informative Katie. Still in shock I guess.

I think you're the informed one mate

Congratulations to Man Utd-a side that scores most goals should be the one to win a championship as that surely is the point of the game that we all love.
I wonder how it might have panned out if Ronaldo hadn't played so many games and Cech,Lampard,Terry and Drogba had been fit enough to play so many games for Chelsea.
Interesting that on MOTD they said that Man Utd have the best attack and the best defence as they scraped home (surely Scholes should have been sent off but Bennett bottled it?) by just 2 points from Chelsea and only 4 from Arsenal.
If the attack and defence are so good does that mean the midfield is f*****g useless?

Still, Liverpool have closed the gap a bit so (in a Delboy/Rodney next year we will be miilionaires kind of way)if they maintain the same progress they will be good enough in 2 years' time to maintain their position as the most successful club in English football let alone remaining convincingly the most successful in Europe.

I'll be very pleased when United have more championships than Liverpool.

He would have wrote Chelsea, but his great-grandson will be 103 years old before they win their 19th title.

Or perhaps they have rebranded and now call themselves Chelsea United?

because it is far cooler to suck up to Aggro and Alad than Finchy.

(even I agree with that).

So football is only about the here and now eh?
How many years did Chelsea go between winning the championship, wasn't it around 50 years or so?
And they have won it...er 3 or 4 times EVER.
Form and money are temporary but class is permanent-Chelsea have no class.

supporters who rob their own fans, arguably at fault for Hillsbrough and Hysel. Class is permanent....

The attitude shown by supporters of the "Big 4" on this thread is typical, and is the reason that the rest of the world thinks they are pricks.

Well done for perpetuating your stereotype.

I can't be doing with this 3 quotes only business so in response to Kes' puerile post earlier about Hillsborough,Heysel etc-things that you have no doubt read about in history lessons at school-you are talking about so-called fans of football clubs whereas my reference to class was ON the pitch.
If you had been watching football in the 70s you would know that Chelsea and Man Utd "fans" were up there with the very worst of Leeds and Millwall.
That was nothing to be proud about.

Unfortunatly you have to look at the club as a whole. The fans represent the club and therefore Liverpool have no class whatsoever..
