Last season, Chelsea earned the most of any club in Europe from the market pool - £23 million.

That's exactly the sort of stat a Chelsea fan would cream themselves over. Did the cash buy you a trophy, or just another massively-expensive misfiring striker?

Must be upset you're getting dicked 2-0 by Bristol City.

Tevez, what a little c*nt. If that were one of our players I would be livid.

He really is a disgusting, sickening human being. Let his contract run out and leave him in the reserves until it expires, if he refuses then stop paying him and prevent him going elsewhere. Deserves everything he gets.

Mancini is spitting feathers, understandably.

Mancini will hold emergency talks with City's owners from the Abu Dhabi United Group on Thursday and the manager made it clear he wants them to agree that the striker never plays for the club again.

Asked if he will ever pick Tevez again, he replied: "No. If we want to improve like a team, like a squad, Carlos cannot play with us. With me, no – it is finished.

"It may not be my decision but if I'm deciding then, yes, he goes. For me, if a player earns a lot of money playing for Manchester City in the Champions League and he behaves like this – he cannot play again. Never. He has wanted to leave for the last two years. For two years I have helped him, and now he has refused to play. Never again."

Tevez should have his contract ripped up.

He is nothing more than a mercenary, £200k a week and he decides when he does or does not fancy playing? Sadly I'm sure any attempt by City to throw him out would result in a bajillion pounds compensation for Tevez.

How does it feel being completely owned by GTTC? He's shown the way to support HIS team, by faith, optimism and loyalty, not by tossing himself off over a balance sheet and using it as a marker of how a team is outdoing others.

So when you came on the Bristol City thread, I guess it must have been because you were upset that you paid £50m for poor Fernando?

Guess what, Man City? If you base your whole player-recruitment policy on the size of your chequebook and lure players away from other clubs with vast sums of money, it turns out that some of them are spoilt pcunts with no loyalty or commitment.

Meanwhile Reading players over the past 5 years have shown your club loads of loyalty haven't they?

You are in General football. For all your Reading needs please go to the Team Board.

Can't be arsed to argue, tbh. All this "my club is bigger/better than yours......" bullshit is a waste of good bandwidth.

Where is the my club is bigger/better than your argument? :|

I've not even mentioned United just pulled you up on your statement that indic8s that it's only the mega bucks players that show no loyalty when reality is they show as much loyalty to their employers as what you and I do.

Nicely side stepped though mind.

Of course every squad is going to have a player or two who aren't happy and want to leave. But never have I seen any football player conduct themselves in the way Tevez has.
