Recon we've got a good chance of taking decent numbers to MK Dons. They've had some monster away crowds there of late and it's not a long drag from Reading either.

Tony Le Mesmer I think there was a thread on this a few months back with Arsenal the biggest mentioned.

A few others:

Bristol City away 1995, about 4,500 - 5,000. About half the crowd that day, they'd already been relegated.
Man Utd in the Cup Jan 2007. About 5,000 I think, we had the middle tier behind goal.
Derby 2008.?

Wigan in the play offs seems to get wild over statements for support that day. We took about 3,000, we had the side which was nowhere near full, empty blocks at either end.

Bournemouth away 94 should win as it wont be beaten for away days. 2 sides of ground, fans running across from each through the game, poured with rain and a fan smashing home a shot goal wide, everyone piles on!

I think you will find that stand at Wigan held 8000

You're right, maybe we could market this in some way to try and get 6,000+ up there. Maybe work with STAR for a big push and all wear home shirts or something like that

Just dish out the spaz clappers and you won't be able to move outside the ground for mobility scooters.
