If it appears in your purchase history, there should be a pay reference. If you have one of those it should have gone through. Should have! This isn't a guarantee mind.

In the same boat as RFC13

I set my page up to keep automatically refreshing. Then I got in while I was looking away and just as I looked back the page reset again. EPIC fail :(

For the fans that have got tickets, please show how unhappy you are with how this whole thing has gone down. I'm sure we will all be letting them no at our next home game.

I have a pay reference and the royalty points have been added to my total so I'm assuming it's all OK.

00.57 update - more tickets seem to have appeared in both tiers

i agree the banding levels are far too extreme, the obvious thing would be to bring the banding down by 200 points every few hours - but whatever the club do it's a tricky one to judge given our average away following and the need to sell all tickets in a couple of days
still much better in my book than the old days of trying to get through on the phone to elm park

Tickets are there, but only for single seats I think.

Just a reminder there are still seats in the City end. Come, join us.

Also - my habit of mainly going to away games and buying tickets on the day, plus having had nearly 2 seasons of being able to get in for free, means I now have exactly half as many loyalty points for MCFC as I do for Reading... So it's not all bad.

Do you have online banking? Check if the money's gone out?

I have done and it hasn't, that said, I've purchased other things online recently and they aren't showing on my past banking transactions either. I guess I will just have to call the club in the morning.

So is mine in Purchase History, 0/0/0/xxxx in the confirmation email though so it looks like they're just numbered at this point, assuming the actual ticket will show the real location. :?

I haven't yet received a confirmation email which is more worrying!

I tried to purchase a ticket again to see what would happen and it says:

A maximum of 1 tickets for Manchester City Away - Tier 1 can be purchased. Customer ******** currently has 2 currently purchased or booked for Manchester City Away - Tier 1

So I'm assuming it's all kosher.

Just woke up (must be excited) and thought I'd see how everyone was doing.

That message shows when you don't change a friend and family name - they all start off as you - cos you can only get one ticket.

Change the name in the drop down box and try again

I had that as well for all my tickets that I've bought, so I think it's gone through fine despite not having an email. Then ordering a single ticket for a friend who "can't use online ticketing" according to the site and buy him one, managing to get an email. Shambles doesn't begin to describe it, so thankful we're getting a new ticketing system in summer.

I have used the "contact" thing and told the club that I haven't received an email and could they please send one. I'm going to be very angry if for some reason I haven't got the tickets.

Glad (not sure if that is the right word) that I'm not the only one having issues though!

And nope nothing in the spam folder.
