What a bloody nightmare. You'd think that in this day and age, it would be simple to have a database of membership numbers and who they belong to.

Don't think they are to happy at the MS either as the club think they will sell out before everyone in the queue is served, Police are on hand as it is getting a bit irate their as the cards are not been accepted at the club either.

If the OP changed the title thread to 'PO Final Ticket Troubleshooter' - we may be able to find a coherent way of pooling peoples' issue under one thread - easy to find solutions to issues and keeps the Club Policies clean.

Over 4,000 tickets have been sold online alone this morning! A number of you have mentioned that TicketZone is saying memeber numbers are invalid, if you are experiencing this then call Ticketzone directly and they can sort it over the phone, thank you for your patience everyone

"Call Ticketzone directly"...... well that's very easy to say ...... not so easy to do.

My brother lost his wallet and his member card in the week. Is there any way you can find out your member numb without ringing up? I'm trying to do this online but don't want himto miss out.

Agreed. The official line update on facebook is good advice.

Because the TZ on-line system is reporting many failures with member numbers - unrecognized or already used - you need to call TZ customer services and get a human to sort it - 08444 99 99 55. Painful, busy phone line, but the queuing system works once you get past engaged. Took us two hours AFTER 1.5 hours on failed on-line attempts.

If his member card is linked to your member card then it will show up when you log in using your member number online.
Think there is something you can click on to see friends and family linked to you.

I tried three card numbers to book 2 seats online - only one number worked, but it then let me use the same member number again for the second seat once I was into selecting blocks and rows?! I have had a confirmation email, so I have emailed RFC member services to tell them what I have done and give them the right details for the second seat. All one big f up really.

Likewise, I've got a working (took me through to the purchase page when tested) member card spare if anyone needs the number.

Member card number now gone but will let people know if I get another.

I have one working member card and one not working on the Wembley system, even though I can log on with both cards on the Reading system. Phoned the club and they say it's a common problem and there is a fault with the Wembley system which is being worked on. Keep trying was the only suggestion.

Bought two tickets on my ST as the two member cards I have don't work on the site. Took me all of 5 mins to secure two tickets in Block 546. Will email the club and confirm the two relevant member card numbers if necessary

Someone has kindly given me a working membercard but then the 3 i have (which have been used countless times this year) arent working.

Whats the situation at the madejski? Do all the member card holders have to be there or can I book 4 if i be a hero and go on my own?

Also anyone know what the queues are like?
